The Essence Of God Is Consciousness. Consciousness Can Be Used For Either Violence Or Peace; The Choice Is Ours. When It Is Expanded, Human Consciousness Chooses Non-violence, Since That Is Compatible With Love.

The Universe Is In The Experience. It's Not Just Out There. What's Out There, We Don't Know. But For Humans It's An Experience Just Like The Universe For A Dolphin Or An Insect With 100 Eyes Is A Different Experience. Our Universe Is A Human Universe Experienced In Human Consciousness And, Unless We Understand How Consciousness Operates, We Will Never Actually Be Able To Participate In The Creation Of Our Personal And Collective Reality.

When We Accept All Of Life's Contradictions, When We Can Comfortably Flow Between The Banks Of Pleasure And Pain, Experiencing Them Both While Getting Stuck In Neither, Then We Are Free.

When You Are Exposed To Others' Negativity, You Do Not Need To Respond. You Can Choose To Put Your Attention Elsewhere And Let Their Words Be A Tiny Drop In The Infinite Ocean Of Your Peaceful Silence.

It Takes As Little As 1% Of A Population To Create Positive Change, And I Believe That If 100 Million People Underwent A Personal Transformation In The Direction Of Peace, Harmony, Laughter, Love, Kindness, And Joy...the World Would Be Transformed.
