This Opinion, Which Has Never Been Confirmed By The Facts, Expresses A Crude And Naive Trust In The Goodness Of Those Wielding Economic Power And In The Sacralized Workings Of The Prevailing Economic System.

At Times We Can Be Self-absorbed. Lord, Help Us To Open Our Hearts To Others And To Serve Those Who Are Most Vulnerable.

Wherever There Are Men And Women Who Have Consecrated Their Lives To God, There You Find Joy.

We Have To State, Without Mincing Words, That There Is An Inseparable Bond Between Our Faith And The Poor. May We Never Abandon Them.
