I Am Not Real Fond Of Exercise, So I Try To Get Away With As Little As Possible Which Is About Thirty Minutes Three Times A Week And I Do A Little Weight Training And Cardio.

I Do Yoga, Lunges, Crunches, Things Like That For 40 Minutes Twice A Week. For Cardio I Usually Do The Elliptical, Treadmill Or Walking.

I'm Just The Instrument For The Song To Do Whatever It's Supposed To Do-heal, Inspire Or Encourage. It's Not All About Me, It's About The Song. I'm Just The Lucky Girl Who Gets To Sing These Songs.
