I Always Have Mini Bottles Of Unbreakable, The Fragrance I Did With My Husband. I'm Armenian, So I'm Oily And Always Have Blotting Papers.

I Can't Work Out And *not* Be Watching Or Listening To Music Or Something. I Also Journal A Lot. I Think Writing Is Super Therapeutic. And Then, Hanging With My Nieces And Nephews. Just Like Baking Or Doing Silly Stuff Like Jumping On A Trampoline, Doing Fun Things With Them, Pretending I'm Five With Them, That Makes My Day.

I Think - And Even With The Live Chin Up Movement - It's About Women Doing Things For Themselves. Being Empowered. Doing Things That Make You Happy. I Believe In That Philosophy.

We're All Our Own Worst Critics And So Hard On Ourselves, But For Me, My Biggest Insecurity Is My Arms. I Just Hate The Tops Of Them. I Work Out And They Still Never Look Good Enough For Me. So, Over The Years I've Learned To Dress To Make Myself Feel Better.

Having Someone In Your Class Call You Fat, Ugly, Too Tall And So On, You Start To Think All Those Things About Yourself. And If You're Like Me, Those Words Are Played On Repeat Inside Your Head. When I Was At Home, I Felt Loved And Safe. My Sisters Were Always A Safe Haven For Me. I Knew They Would Always Play With Me And Make Me Feel Like I Was One Of Them. Now We Have So Many More Social Outlets, There Are So Many Ways To Be Stalked And Bullied. If Social Media Is Too Much For You To Handle Then Don't Have A Twitter Or Facebook Account, Just Be Yourself. Be Who You Want To Be.
