Happiness Does Not Come About Only Due

So, The Tendency Of Our Childish Nature Is To Take Small Things Too Seriously And Get Easily Offended, Whereas When We Are Confronted With Situations Which Have Long-term Consequences, We Tend To Take Things Less Seriously

We Should Reflect On The Idea That Since The Beginning Of Time Sentient Beings Have Been Mentally Unstable Because They Have Been Slaves Of Delusion, They Lack The Eye Of Wisdom To See The Path Leading To Nirvana And Enlightenment, And They Lack The Necessary Guidance Of A Spiritual Teacher. Moment By Moment They Are Indulging In Negative Actions, Which Will Eventually Bring About Their Downfall.

The Fact That There Is Always A Positive Side To Life Is The One Thing That Gives Me A Lot Of Happiness. This World Is Not Perfect. There Are Problems. But Things Like Happiness And Unhappiness Are Relative. Realizing This Gives You Hope.

Spend 5 Minutes At The Beginning Of Each Day Remembering We All Want The Same Things (to Be Happy And Be Loved) And We Are All Connected To One Another.

I Believe That The Very Purpose Of Life Is To Be Happy. From The Very Core Of Our Being, We Desire Contentment. In My Own Limited Experience I Have Found That The More We Care For The Happiness Of Others, The Greater Is Our Own Sense Of Well-being.
