If You Show The Way, People Will Want To Follow You. The Higher You Go, The Greater The Number Of People Who Will Be Willing To Travel With You.

Three Reasons Problems Are Inevitable; First, We Live In A World Of Growing Complexity And Diversity; Second, We Interact With People; And Third, We Cannot Control All The Situation We Face.

There Is Something To Be Said About A Pastor And A Church That Develop A Missions Statement And The People Take Ownership Of It. They Get Their Identity, Purpose, And Energy From The Unique Place Their Church Is To Be In That Community.
