In Human Beings Also, Parents - Particularly Mothers - And Children Have A Special Bond. Mother's Milk Is A Sign Of This Affection. We Are Created That Way. The Child's Survival Is Entirely Dependent On Someone Else's Affection. So, Basically, Each Individual's Survival Or Future Depends On Society. We Need These Human Values.

The Way To Develop Inner Peace Through Meditation Begins With The Recognition That The Destroyer Of Inner Peace Is Not Some External Foe, But Is Within Us. Therefore, The Solution Is Within Us Too. However, That Inner Change Does Not Take Place Immediately In The Way That We Switch On A Light, But Takes Weeks, Months And Years.

Firstly, As A Buddhist Monk, I Hold That Violence Is Not Good. Secondly, I Am A Firm Believer In The Gandian Ethic Of Passive Resistance. And Thirdly, In Reality, Violence Is Not Our Strength.
